Every year since 1998, the 1600 block of South 13th Street in Philadelphia turns into a magical place called The Miracle on South 13th Street during the holiday season which starts from December 1 to January 1. Every single houses on this block puts Christmas light decorations in the whole stretch of this street which we of course visited when we were frolicking the streets of Philadelphia. There are no words to describe the elaborate decorations but that it was magnificent! Specially to think that all of the residents in this area comes together every year to keep this amazing tradition alive. Now that’s what you call solidarity, yes? 🙂

Very pretty! It reminds me of Christmas in the Philippines which starts in September! Malls are decked up with lights and parol. 😀
Haha! Yes, the longest Christmas season in the world is definitely in the Philippines – I think. :p
