Greece | Banana Beach, The Party Beach of Skiathos.

October 3, 2015
Banana Beach, Skiathos, Greece
After spending most of our afternoon at Elia beach, we transferred to Banana beach. I admit that we were lured to it because of its notorious popularity of being THE party beach in Skiathos. The Greek Mister’s friend is going through puberty so a party is a must when traveling with him, of course I’m kidding. He just finished his puberty stage a month ago. I kid again. :p Anyway, I admit though that I

Greece | Elia Beach, An Isolated Haven In Skiathos.

October 1, 2015
Elia Beach, Skiathos, Greece
After having our breakfast in one of the cafes lined up at Skiathos Town, we went on a roadtrip to find where the famous Lalaria beach is. However, when we realized that our GPS was acting quite poorly we asked a local for directions and was advised that Lalaria beach can only be accessed by boat. We didn’t have time to book a cruise trip for this nor am I really in the mood to go on a boat cruise that day

Greece | Love At First Sight With Skiathos Old Town.

September 29, 2015
Skiathos Old Town, Greece
Skiathos Old Town reminded me of a cosmopolitan city, only it’s a million times prettier than the latter but just the same – it has that buzzing, lively and happy vibe in it which is just intoxicating. I would normally hate a place described as such (I actually am not a big fan of the cities) but Skiathos Old Town has retained a particular charm in it. To start off, it’s not surrounded by modern

Greece | Starting Our Skiathos Holiday in Koukounaries Beach.

September 26, 2015
Koukounaries Beach, Skiathos, Greece
As I stepped out of the car and walked towards Skiathos town, I felt so energized! For the past days during this holiday of ours, we’ve been visiting very laidback, not-so-touristy places around Greece which is actually what The Greek Mister and myself prefer these days (it comes with the age I guess). Or so I thought. Skiathos blew me away with its lively atmosphere and happy crowd. It brings you back your y

Greece | Glossa, Skopelos – The Village on A Hill.

September 17, 2015
Glossa, Skopelos, Greece
I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, I love old towns. There is nothing more mesmerizing for me than being able to step back in time through the narrow cobblestone alleys of old towns. Glossa is just one of these beautiful old villages that I’ve seen all around Europe, a continent which boasts a lot of these charming places. Perched on top of a hill, built in ampitheatre-like fashion –

Greece: An Afternoon In The Picturesque Agios Ioannis Beach, Skopelos

September 16, 2015
Agios Ioannis Beach
After overcoming my fear of heights at Agios Ioannis Sto Kastro, we headed down to the nearby Agios Ioannis beach. We had a view of this beach from the empty space beside the only taverna in the area and the imagery that we saw was probably one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. A small cove sheltered by small mountains on both sides with very calm waters. The combination of green and turquoise color of th
