Foodie Wednesdays: Reform Social And Grill

Reform Social and Grill

It’s very rare that I get to have a Saturday off so last week, I made the most out of it and told the boyfriend that I’d like to be adventurous for breakfast and try out a new place to dine. I went thru my Entertainer App since we’ve made it a point to use as much vouchers that we can out of this app. I found out that I’ve got some vouchers for Reform Social and Grill at the Lakes which has become quite popular specially amongst the food bloggers in the city. I called them up and asked if I can use my Entertainer voucher for a breakfast meal, the answer was a YES! Yay! So off we went to the Lakes.

Part of their outdoor seating area, of course we chose the area with the less crowd. 🙂

The place was packed when we arrived, mostly with families. The community pool of The Lakes was our view from the outdoor seating area, thankfully – the weather was still perfect to sit outdoors. We were immediately assisted by a perky Filipina staff and was handed an extensive breakfast menu. With just one look on the menu, I already know what I want – Full English Breakfast, what else? The boyfriend ordered the same thing.

My iced tea was brought to our table first, a refreshing drink during this not-so-cold and not-so-hot weather in Dubai these days. The food arrived after a few minutes in these huge plates, needless to say – the serving was HUGE.

Full English BReakfast

The Full English Breakfast had mushroom, black pudding, bacon, two eggs cooked the way you want, baked beans, PORK sausage and bread. Yes, they’ve got pork sausage which I’m not very sure if it was really that good or if I just haven’t had a real pork sausage for a long time for breakfast.

Service was great and fast, we asked for the bill and used one of my 2 for 1 Entertainer vouchers and paid only one Full English Breakfast meal. We’ll definitely go back, it may be for another breakfast but we’ll definitely try their dinner menu as well one of these days.
