A new restaurant  has just been added to the vibrant and growing dining scene of Doha. Located at the Four Seasons Doha, Elements is sure to satisfy your cravings for Arabic, Asian, Indian and seafood flavors in a very stylish ambiance.

The restaurant presents the four elements in its design – AIR for their very chic outdoor area, EARTH for the main dining area enriched with live-edge wood creating a warm ambiance, FIRE is for the open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant and WATER for their bar which offers unique mix of drinks.

Elements will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a buffet spread during lunch and a la carte menu for dinner. Peking duck was the highlight of the evening for all of us I think as every person and every table has a tiny basket of this dish. The dumplings were also worth noting and of course the sushi rolls were amazing.

I’ve already made lunch reservations to try it out which I’m very excited about. I’m hoping the peking duck will be one of the dishes served during lunch.
