Christmas In London | Bond Street Christmas Lights

BOND ST LONDON CHRISTMAS LIGHTS - PinayFlyingHigh.com

After getting all smitten by the Christmas lights at the Oxford Street, I next went to see the Bond Street Christmas lights which was just as beautiful. I think because Bond Street is not as wide as Oxford street, it felt much cozier and not as crazy. I always had to navigate through the crowd and vehicles while at Oxford Street but never had that much of problem while I was exploring Bond Street.

Bond street is already a glamorous part of London on a normal day but during Christmas, it’s glitzier than the usual with its peacock-themed Christmas lights and decorations. Shops lined up in this street have joined the festivities as well with its elaborate shop displays and Christmas decors.

They’ve only started dressing up Bond Street for Christmas 3 years ago however, it is becoming a lot more popular these days specially since it’s easily accessible from Oxford Street which is the main Christmas light destination in London. It’s definitely worth a visit, I suggest that you combine this with Oxford Street Christmas light visit as well.

Meanwhile, enjoy more photos from Bond Street Christmas Lights. 🙂

Those peacock feathers are so cool! Christmas lights are always magical and seeing them on a cozy street like this one would be even more so! We have not traveled at Christmas yet as our kids are still young but once we are done with Santa 😉 we will!!!

Lol. You should definitely not visit the Philippines during September, it’s already Christmas there on the first day of the BER months. :p

Oh this is so pretty! This is one thing that I am missing in Fiji – although a very Christian country, there’s not the big Christmas lights displays around the place. We had Diwali recently and that was cool to see what was done but yet to get the Christmas feels on!

I loved the christmas displays in London when I used to live there. The only thing is, they are installed a bit early! I think December should be the month and not November or even October. Nice photos you have got too! I wish I would know how to capture photos in the dark!

Lol. In the Philippines, Christmas decorations are up as early as September 1st. Lol.

Unfortunately not. 🙁 Was planning to meet him but I felt weird to fall in line to meet him without a kid with me. LOL.
